Service Overview
Hellopixels Central Integration Service is a central provider integration service for client-hosted CRM deployments. It helps businesses connect WhatsApp Business Accounts, Google accounts, and Microsoft accounts to the CRM features they have enabled.
Supported provider flows may include WhatsApp onboarding and webhook relay, Gmail mailbox synchronization and sending, Google Calendar and Google Meet scheduling, Microsoft mailbox synchronization, and Microsoft Teams meeting connections.
OAuth Connections
When a user starts a provider connection from an authorized CRM, Hellopixels Central Integration Service creates a short-lived OAuth session, sends the user to the provider consent screen, exchanges the authorization code, and returns the resulting connection details to the authorized CRM deployment.
Provider permissions are requested only for the CRM feature being connected. The connected CRM controls the user-facing workflow and uses the granted provider access to perform the requested mailbox or calendar action.
App Review
This Hellopixels Central Integration Service site hosts public legal pages and review/demo endpoints for Meta and provider OAuth review processes. Protected demo endpoints are available only when explicitly enabled for review recording.
