These Terms of Service govern use of Hellopixels Central Integration Service, a service that helps businesses connect provider accounts, including WhatsApp, Google, and Microsoft accounts, to client-hosted CRM deployments.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Hellopixels Central Integration Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Service Description
Hellopixels Central Integration Service provides provider OAuth sessions, connection callbacks, webhook routing, token-broker refresh operations, and related operational tooling for CRM integrations. Enabled provider flows may include WhatsApp onboarding, Gmail mailbox connections, Google Calendar and Google Meet scheduling, Microsoft mailbox connections, and Microsoft Teams meeting connections.
3. Customer Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your business, CRM, and provider account information.
- You must comply with applicable laws, WhatsApp Business Messaging policies, Meta Platform Terms, and consent requirements for contacting end users.
- You are responsible for message content, customer opt-in, templates, billing, and account usage in your WhatsApp Business Account.
- You must authorize only provider accounts and CRM connections for which you have the required authority.
- You must comply with applicable Google, Microsoft, Meta, provider API, and Google API Services User Data Policy requirements when using a connected provider.
- You must protect your CRM credentials and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service to send unlawful, abusive, deceptive, spam, or policy-violating messages, access provider data without authorization, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the service, or misuse Meta, Google, Microsoft, WhatsApp, or other provider APIs.
5. Third-Party Services
Hellopixels Central Integration Service integrates with Meta, Google, Microsoft, WhatsApp, Google Calendar/Meet, Microsoft Graph, and other third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party service availability, policy changes, API changes, account restrictions, billing decisions, or review outcomes controlled by those providers.
6. Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, or modify the service to maintain security, reliability, compliance, or compatibility with Meta platform requirements. We will use reasonable efforts to avoid unnecessary disruption.
7. Privacy
Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy. Data deletion instructions are available at Data Deletion Instructions. Provider permissions can also be revoked through the relevant provider account settings.
8. Disclaimer
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, provider app approval, account approval, message delivery, meeting creation, or continued third-party API availability.
